Attitudes

We have the power to change our attitude about anything and, in a moment, change our states and behaviour. Many people who have experienced great traumas look back on these as the most valuable experiences of their lives. This time provided an opportunity for them to grow in new directions – a growth that would not have taken place had their normal routine existence continued uninterrupted by the trauma. As has been often said, as one door closes, another opens.
